Lydon construction has remodeled homes from all decades and styles. Our diverse portfolio of remodeling projects includes homes built in the early 1900’s in San Francisco, the conversion of equestrian barns to living spaces for the wine lover in Sonoma County, and various homes originally built in the 1920’s through present day in Davis, Carmichael, Granite Bay, Rocklin, and the Fabulous Forties in Sacramento.

COMPLETE HOME REMODELING

We view remodeling as an art as well as a science. Each project challenges us to seamlessly blend new areas, refurbish old and create a finished product that appears as if it were the original design. Whether we create the design or are working with plans from architects or designers, we work closely with our homeowners to ensure that they understand the entire process and are comfortable that the final design meets their budget and timeline and expectations.

KITCHEN REMODELING

Nothing is more important than a well thought out functional Kitchen. We value functionality of this space and work to combine function with innovation and creativity. We can simply improve the layout of your current kitchen space or increase the space by removing walls or adding square footage.

BATHROOM REMODELING

A bathroom is the most used room in the home. Whether the goal is a spa like atmosphere or kid friendly, a well-designed, functional Bathroom is a valuable addition to a home.
